Cooking and baking are passions of mine. My family and friends delight in the variety of dishes I prepare which are colourful, flavourful, and satisfying.My kitchen is always stocked with healthy ingredients: parsley, coriander, mint, lemons, garlic and chilies. I also enjoy an indulgent treat. As the saying goes, ‘a sin a day keeps the doctor away’.
